    Description

    Magnetofection™ is a novel, simple and highly efficient method to transfect cells in culture. It exploits magnetic force exerted upon gene vectors associated with magnetic particles to draw the vectors towards, possibly even into, the target cells. In this manner, the full vector dose applied gets concentrated on the cells within a few minutes so that 100% of the cells get in contact with a significant vector dose. This has several important consequences:

    Greatly improved transfection rates in terms of percentage of cells transfected compared to standard transfection.
    Up to several thousand fold increased levels of transgene expression compared to standard transfections upon short-term incubation.
    High transfection rates and transgene expression levels are achievable with extremely low vector doses, which allows to save expensive transfection reagents.
    Extremely short process time. A few minutes of incubation of cells with gene vectors are sufficient to generate high transfection efficiency, compared to several hours with standard procedures.

    ABSTRACT
    This Article introduces the ongoing progression of the Internet of Things (IoT) into the Internet of Bodies (IoB)—a network of human bodies whose integrity and functionality rely at least in part on the Internet and related technologies, such as artificial intelligence. IoB devices will evidence the same categories of legacy security flaws that have plagued IoT devices. However, unlike most IoT, IoB technolo- gies will directly, physically harm human bodies—a set of harms courts, legislators, and regulators will deem worthy of legal redress. As such, IoB will herald the arrival of (some forms of) corporate software liability and a new legal and policy battle over the integrity of the human body and mind. Framing this integrity battle in light of current regulatory approaches, this Article offers a set of specific innovation-sensitive proposals to bolster corporate conduct safe- guards through regulatory agency action, contract, tort, intellectual property, and secured transactions and bankruptcy.
    Yet, the challenges of IoB are not purely legal in nature. The social integration of IoB will also not be seamless. As bits and bodies meld and as human flesh becomes permanently entwined with hardware,

    software, and algorithms, IoB will test our norms and values as a society. In particular, it will challenge notions of human autonomy and self-governance. Legal scholars have traditionally considered Kantian autonomy as the paradigmatic lens for legal determinations impacting the human body. However, IoB threatens to undermine a fundamental precondition of Kantian autonomy—Kantian heautono- my. Damaged heautonomy renders both Kantian autonomy and deliberative democracy potentially compromised. As such, this Arti- cle argues that safeguarding heautonomy should constitute the ani- mating legal principle for governance of IoB bodies. The Article concludes by introducing the companion essay to this Article, The Internet of Latour’s Things. This companion essay inspired by the work of Bruno Latour offers a sliding scale of “technohumanity” as a framework for the legal and policy discussion of what it means to be “human” in an age where bodies are the “things” connected to the Internet.

    If it doesn't glow, then there would be no need of blood analysis or waiting for thrombi in that person because what that person was injected with a placebo. Or maybe we will be surprised to find out that everybody glows. It would be a very easy way to detect who is has graphene and who doesn't or if everyone has it in their bodies. It is a very good idea. Please, send us videos, take a look if you are curious. Not everyone is going to do it, but some will send them to us, and let's see if them will help us to see if we can have a way to identify the people who really have graphene in their bodies.

    Let's see if it comes out in the final report first, which I am impatient to know exactly the results in detail. If confirmed, we will be relieved because even if others say that what we found is traceability or whatever.... No, friends. As long as there is graphene, you can analyse everyone's blood and that's it. The traceability issue is over. We know which vaccine they are vaccinated with, the lot number, and all you have to do is analyze the blood and you'll find exactly the same we've found in the vial.     Mapping Magnetite in the Human Brain

    That the human brain contains magnetite is well established; however, its spatial distribution in the brain has remained unknown. A new study shows that the reproducible magnetization patterns of magnetite is preferentially partitioned in the human brain, specifically in the cerebellum and brain stem.

    In 1992 researchers identified the presence of magnetite—a permanently magnetic form of iron oxide—in human brain tissue. Iron in the body was no surprise. It is commonly found in ferritin, an intracellular protein common to several organisms, and the magnetite was thought to have formed biogenically, with some possibly originating in ferritin. But the presence of magnetite in the brain could be more than incidental. Various studies have shown that brain cells respond to external magnetic fields. There’s also a disturbing link to neurodegenerative disease: Evidence exists of elevated levels of magnetite in brain tissue from Alzheimer’s disease patients.

    Now geophysicist Stuart Gilder, neuroscientist Christoph Schmitz (both at the Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich), and their colleagues have carried out the first systematic mapping of magnetite nanoparticles in the human brain. At a magnetically shielded facility 80 km northeast of Munich, they used a superconducting magnetometer to measure the magnetic moments of hundreds of samples from seven dissected brains.

    Physicists at the University of Arkansas have invented a nano-scale power generator that could potentially use the movement of graphene to produce clean, unlimited energy. Called a Vibration Energy Harvester, this development provides evidence for the theory that two-dimensional materials could be a source of usable energy.
    Paul Thibado, a professor of physics at the university, got the idea for the generator after his team observed some strange, microscopic movements in sheets of graphene, which is made up of a single layer of carbon atoms. After laying out the sheets over a copper scaffold, the team was confused by the images they were collecting with a microscope.
    Then they tried narrowed their focus and “separated each image into sub-images,” Thibado said in a Research Frontiers article. “Looking at large-scale averages hid the different patterns. Each region of a single image, when viewed over time, produced a more meaningful pattern.”

    Once they started analyzing the sheets point-by-point, they made an amazing discovery — the graphene was essentially rippling, flipping up and down through a combination of small, random motions and larger, sudden movements known as Lévy flights. This was the first time such movement had been observed in an inorganic, atomic-scale system. The team determined that the movements were due to ambient heat at room temperature.

    Because of graphene’s sheet-like nature, its atoms vibrated in tandem, which sets it apart from the random vibrations you would see in, say, molecules of a liquid. Thibado said to Research Frontiers, “This is the key to using the motion of 2D-materials as a source of harvestable energy.” The tandem vibrations cause ripples in the graphene sheet from which we can harness energy using the latest nanotechnology.
    The researchers then designed a tiny generator to do just that. This device could have a drastic impact on our access to clean, unlimited energy. It could allow our tech to send, receive, process, or store information, powered solely by the heat available at room temperature. This clearly could have remarkable and widely varied applications.
