The nature of empathy is such that when practiced Love has a corridor to run down, express itself wholly and jump for joy in celebration.
Empathy allows the sun to shine, in spite of clouds being everywhere. Its presence raises spirits, makes fast bonds that were on the verge of breaking and heals sickness.
Its medicinal power for those being tested is greater than pills or potions.
It is conscious, aware and discovers and lights even the darkest corners of sorrow and pain with its flame of recognition and spark of human kindness.
As a cornerstone in human relationships, empathy places compassion full frontal and celebrates its presence in silent recognition of the present whatever it may contain.
As the chalice of Love it may indeed be likened to a Holy Grail. The quest one embarks on to find it in oneself is indeed and has been an heroic journey, with all that a hero’s journey is known to contain.
So the development of empathy has to be the most important first step towards any goal of a world, whole, healed and evolving.
As spiritual beings dressed in the garment of humans, one tool we are gifted is that of duality. The challenges this state brings to the party are multiple, extraordinary and awesome. Yet they are never greater than the potential for each of us master, learn from them and move forward.
Duality offers us conditions that from a human point of view are considered black and white, good and evil, right and wrong. These descriptions are neither and both – for that is the state of duality.
As one great man stated – It is all semantics!
However one part in the state of duality, once out of kilter, balance and control in ourselves, becomes a torch illuminating and exemplifying the meaning and exercise of bad, evil, wrong.
It is our propensity to nurture the innate presence of psychopathy within our human beingness.
Psychopathy is the state we nurture when empathy is discarded, throwing all its attributes onto the pyre of sacrificial humanity, to be consumed through violence, fear, senseless actions of cruelty and devoid of any semblance of love, compassion or positive feelings. It is a state where treatment of sentient and insentient life is devoid of the rightful recognition to a right of life.
It is important for us all to recognize this state is present in all of us. It cannot be otherwise. What can be is that our propensity for nurturing empathy is far greater than the nurture of psychopathic tendencies. Because of this we hold the inner psychopath in check and under control.
This is not the case for all of us and it is an unfortunate fact those who have willingly embraced the territories and qualities of psychopathy and fine tuned them, have worked their way into the ranks of power and control, government and legislature that themselves offer ideal seed beds for such tendencies to propagate.
From such positions they are ideally placed to twist, torture and manipulate

Psychopaths are the tyrannical rulers of a mad world, celebrating their kingdom through injecting truth into madness enough to be believable, rationality into the irrational just enough to make others believe they are nurtured by those who have their best interest at heart.
Through the creation of external threat, hostile enemies, phantom evils these psychopaths encourage the growth of fear, dissuade any thoughts of love, compassion or empathy to take root.
Through the control of any outlet disseminating information, placing their own psychopathic puppets in charge of these media, they control thinking, credibility and the inability to recognize critical thought.
Such a world may look lost to this terror and insurmountable. That is indeed the view we are all asked to buy into. It is one of the great tools of disempowerment they use.
However ultimately it is also a complete chimera – a phantom of their own making. It is only as real as we give it power to be real. It is only as terrifying as we encourage it to be. Buy into their world view and it is terrifying. Refuse to buy their take and the transparency of the lies become almost comical, were it not for the slaughter it carries in its wake.
The question has to be this…. How long are we prepared to allow it the life force to rule us, control us and hold dominion over us?
From the moment we employ the qualities of empathy in our actions, responses, thoughts and life, that becomes the time when all this can be turned around.
As with any journey it does not promise to be easy. When up to our necks in filth, it is obvious the stench of our predicament will survive until we fully cleanse ourselves, yet the commitment to extricate ourselves from our own participation in such states means progress and action become the soap and scrubbing brush of our salvation.
Other tools such as critical thinking, lance the boil of gullibility and treat the sickness of breast feeding on the curdled milk of deception and lies.
Through proper nourishment gained through intake of organic growth and natural fertilizers such as positive community, sincerity, truthfulness, humility and loving kindness, the trickle of empathy turns into a flood. That flood itself becomes a tsunami drowning and eventually purifying the pandemic psychopathy presently holding court in the world.
The most potent weapon in all the armoury is the transparent exposure of the psychopath – exposing him/her for what they are. This is their Achilles heel. This is where we need to be. Through the development of empathy this exposes the non-empaths
On that morning when the Sun rises on Empathy’s rule in the world, no climate change, no lack and want, no starvation of life in any form will flourish. It will herald a world whose comprehension is of the true nature of interdependency and its agriculture, the sowing, growing and timely harvesting of cultural natural diversity and a place where fruitful integration becomes the norm, shall be the true measure of humankind.

Geo-engineering (the deliberate large-scale manipulation of the environment to combat anthropogenic changes in atmospheric chemistry) has long been touted as a way to counteract the catastrophic effects of global warming, but has been considered dangerous by some as it interferes with the world’s delicate ecosystems. However the controversial practice has now received a boost from some of the wealthiest men in the world – including Microsoft founder Bill Gates. The group of billionaires has been funding a small team of leading climate scientists and are lobbying governments and international bodies to back geo-engineering experiments to avoid catastrophic climate change.
Gates has already worked with NASA on a geo-engineering project that proposes creating a seawater-spraying machine that could prevent climate change by forming clouds that reflect sunlight away from earth. The machines could suck up ten tons of water per second and then spray it over 3,000 feet into the air, increasing the density of clouds. Although the plan would help to mitigate climate change, it would take a large amount of energy to power each individual ship – and a study showed that it would it take 1,900 ships at a cost of over $7 billion to stop Earth’s temperature from rising.
Now it seems Gates and his friends have come up with more plans to try and save the world. Among them is a project that would see the spraying of millions of tonnes of reflective particles of sulphur dioxide 30 miles above Earth. They argue that it would be a “plan B” if the UN and politicians cannot agree to making the necessary cuts in greenhouse gases. However not all scientists agree and several are saying such technology could undermine efforts to reduce emissions. Meanwhile some developing countries fear it could be used as a weapon or by rich countries to their advantage. It is therefore not surprising to learn that there is concern about Gates and his cabal, and that their finances and small but influential group of scientists may have a disproportionate effect on major decisions about geoengineering research and policy.
“We will need to protect ourselves from vested interests [and] be sure that choices are not influenced by parties who might make significant amounts of money through a choice to modify climate, especially using proprietary intellectual property,” said Jane Long, director at large for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the US, in a paper delivered to a recent geoengineering conference on ethics.
“The stakes are very high and scientists are not the best people to deal with the social, ethical or political issues that geoengineering raises,” said Doug Parr, chief scientist at Greenpeace. “The idea that a self-selected group should have so much influence is bizarre.”

They claim it makes the food "safer."1 The use of euphemisms like "food additive" and "pasteurization" to describe the process of blasting food with inordinately high levels of gamma radiation can not obviate the fact that the very same death rays generated by thermonuclear warfare to destroy life are now being applied to food to "make it safer." This sort of Orwellian logic, e.g. WAR is PEACE, is the bread and butter of State-sponsored industry propaganda, and also informs other ostensibly "humanitarian" applications of weapons of mass destruction such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
Inconceivably High Amounts of Radiation Used To "Pasteurize" Your Food
This is not a hypochondriac's ranting, as we aren't talking here about small amounts of radiation. The level of gamma radiation used starts at 1 kiloGray (equivalent to 16,700,000 chest x-rays or 333 times a human lethal dose) and goes all the way up to 30 kiloGray (500,000,000 chest x-rays or 10,000 times a human lethal dose). The following table is a list of foods that are increasingly being "nuked" for your protection.

We are nature. Nature is not “out there.” Nature means to be born. Nativity comes from the same root. Therefore, what we do to nature we do to ourselves.
Let us remember the soil first. The earth is soulful. Animals have soul. Trees have soul. Caring for the soil and caring for the soul are interrelated.
If we take care of our soul, we can be a Gandhi. Taking care of your soul is not selfish. If you are not well, how are you going to help anyone else?
We have been too narrowly focused on our small identities, on our ego. On my walk around the world, I went as a human being, and I met human beings everywhere. Our primary identity is that we are members of the earth community and we are members of the human community.
Once we understand that, that we are a microcosm of a macrocosm, then we embrace diversity. Rather than being tourists, who complain, I invite you to join me as a pilgrim, and celebrate our diversity.
Embody the change you want to see in the world. Then there is integrity between your words and your action.

Think-tanks take oil money and use it to fund climate deniers
An orchestrated campaign is being waged against climate change science to undermine public acceptance of man-made global warming, environment experts claimed last night.
The attack against scientists supportive of the idea of man-made climate change has grown in ferocity since the leak of thousands of documents on the subject from the University of East Anglia (UEA) on the eve of the Copenhagen climate summit last December.
Free-market, anti-climate change think-tanks such as the Atlas Economic Research Foundation in the US and the International Policy Network in the UK have received grants totalling hundreds of thousands of pounds from the multinational energy company ExxonMobil. Both organisations have funded international seminars pulling together climate change deniers from across the globe.
Many of these critics have broadcast material from the leaked UEA emails to undermine climate change predictions and to highlight errors in claims that the Himalayan glaciers could disappear by 2035. Professor Phil Jones, who has temporarily stood down as director of UEA's climactic research unit, is reported in today's Sunday Times to have "several times" considered suicide. He also drew parallels between his case and that of Dr David Kelly, found dead in the wake of the row over the alleged "sexing up" of intelligence in the run-up to the invasion of Iraq. Professor Jones said he was taking sleeping pills and beta-blockers and had received two death threats in the past week alone.
Climate sceptic bloggers broadcast stories last week casting doubts on scientific data predicting dramatic loss of the Amazon rainforest. All three stories, picked up by mainstream media, questioned the credibility of the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and the way it does its work. A new attack on climate science, already dubbed "Seagate" by sceptics, relating to claims that more than half the Netherlands is in danger of being submerged under rising sea levels, is likely to be at the centre of the newest skirmish in coming weeks.
The controversies have shaken the IPCC, whose chairman, Dr Rajendra Pachauri, was subjected to a series of personal attacks on his reputation and lifestyle last week. A poll this weekend confirmed that public confidence in the climate change consensus has been shaken: one in four Britons – 25 per cent – now say they do not believe in global warming; previously this figure stood at 15 per cent.
Professor Bob Watson, the chief scientific adviser to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and former chairman of the IPCC, said yesterday that the backlash is the result of a campaign: "It does appear that there's a concerted effort by a number of sceptics to undermine the credibility of the evidence behind human-induced climate change." He added: "I am sure there are some sceptics who may well be funded by the private sector to try to cast uncertainty."
A complicated web of relationships revolves around a number of right-wing think-tanks around the world that dispute the threats of climate change. ExxonMobil is a key player behind the scenes, having donated hundreds of thousands of dollars in the past few years to climate change sceptics. The Atlas Foundation, created by the late Sir Anthony Fisher (founder of the Institute of Economic Affairs), received more than $100,000 in 2008 from ExxonMobil, according to the oil company's reports.
Atlas has supported more than 30 other foreign think-tanks that espouse climate change scepticism, and co-sponsored a meeting of the world's leading climate sceptics in New York last March. Called "Global Warming: Was It Ever Really a Crisis?", it was organised by the Heartland Institute – a group that described the event as "the world's largest-ever gathering of global warming sceptics". The organisation is another right-wing think-tank to have benefited from funding given by ExxonMobil in recent years.
A large British contingent was present at the event, with speakers including Dr Benny Peiser, from Lord Lawson's climate sceptic think-tank, the Global Warming Policy Foundation (GWPF); the botanist David Bellamy; Julian Morris and Kendra Okonski from the London-based International Policy Network; the weather forecaster Piers Corbyn; Christopher Monckton, a former policy adviser to Margaret Thatcher; and Professor David Henderson, a member of GWPF's advisory council. Speakers at the event also included two prominent climate bloggers who associate with Paul Dennis, a 54-year-old climate researcher at the University of East Anglia who has been questioned by police investigating the theft of climate data.
In a posting on the blog of the climate sceptic Andrew Montford on Friday, Mr Dennis insisted: "I did not leak any files, data, emails or any other material. I have no idea how the files were released or who was behind it."
But he confirmed that he had been in email contact with Stephen McIntyre, who runs climateaudit.org – a site that was one of the first to receive an anonymous link to the original leaked data from UEA.
Mr Dennis said he emailed Mr McIntyre to alert him to a "departmental email saying that emails and files were hacked" and that "police had copies of my email correspondence with Steve McIntyre and Jeff Id [a pseudonym for the climate sceptic Patrick Condon]. They said it was because I had sent the emails that they were interviewing me."
The UEA researcher also has connections with another prominent sceptic, Anthony Watts, with whom he has posted and who spoke beside Mr McIntyre. Mr Dennis was not available for comment.
Bob Ward, the policy director of the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change at the London School of Economics, said: "A lot of the climate sceptic arguments are being made by people with demonstrable right-wing ideology which is based on opposition to any environmental regulation of the market, and they are clearly being given money that allows them to disseminate their views more widely than would be the case if they didn't have oil company funding."
But Dr Richard North, a climate change sceptic and blogger, rejected claims of a conspiracy as "laughable" and denied having any links to vested interests. "Anybody who knows me knows I'm a loner. Nobody tells me what to do or dictates my agenda."
ExxonMobil said in a statement: "We have the same concerns as people everywhere – and that is how to provide the world with the energy it needs while reducing greenhouse gas emissions."
