Massive wildfires have rapidly spread across the Canadian province of Quebec, fueled by dry and hot weather conditions and multiple lightning strikes. The number of fires escalated from 36 to over 100 following a thunderstorm on June 1st, catching authorities off guard. As of Thursday, that massive conflagration has gotten worse. Much, much worse. And the flames are spreading.

Trace Gallagher of Fox News gave a sobering update on Thursday about the unprecedented scale of the wildfires in Canada, which have ravaged through the forested countryside and has dealt severe damage to air quality throughout the northeast.

“While most fires in the Western provinces are under control, the fires have now opened new fronts spreading to eastern provinces of Nova Scotia, Quebec, and Ontario. Right now, there are 437 active fires with about 250 out-of-control. About 26,000 Canadians have evacuated their homes because of the fires. And experts say the hazardous conditions in New York City are the worst on record.”

A Tik Tok user named Al Vanchon had his own beliefs about why the raging wildfires may be suddenly spreading throughout the Canadian wilderness.

“If you haven’t heard the latest up here in Canada, BC’s on fire, the East Coast is on fire, and now Quebec,” he said. “Quebec all in one day, the entire province caught fire on a beautiful day.”

“This is planned, and I’ll tell you why it’s planned,” he continued. “They want to move people out of the countryside, into cities, then they want to lock ’em down in 15 minutes cities. How do you do that? Contaminate the air, contaminate the water, and so on.”

“This is all a ploy and a plan to get people into cities to implement their smart cities,” he added. “And it’s the only way they can control you. First, they have to go to digital currency and get you into smart cities. This is happening and this is real. This is evil. This is pure evil.”

The official line on how the wildfires in Canada started are that lightning strikes and unseasonably warm weather are to blame. There are many officials attempting to blame “climate change” for the wildfires.

’15-minute cities’ are a relatively new concept. The idea is to build cities in such a way that “most daily necessities and services are located within a 15-minute walk or bike ride.” Carlos Moreno, urbanist and professor at the Sorbonne University in Paris, first came up with the idea in 2016 so that most people would have easy access to shops, schools, doctors, the gym, parks, restaurants and cultural institutions.

Benjamin Büttner, mobility expert at the Technical University Munich, told DW ideas that “in order to create more sustainable cities, things like green spaces, places to do sport, cinemas and shops need to be moved to where people live, not vice versa. And that doesn’t mean they have to be demolished and rebuilt, but that already existing public space needs to be rearranged.”

“The 15-minute city also offers a mobility concept: fewer cars and more space for cyclists and pedestrians, safe paths for children, people with disabilities or the elderly and places for social interaction,” the story added.

“Cars are a problem, at least in urban centers. They take up too much space and they can hamper active mobility,” Büttner said.

The 15-minute cities concept appears to relate much more to reconstructing already existing urban areas than moving people from the countryside into urban areas.

There has been a considerable “global response” to the Canadian fires. In addition to around 110 firefighters from France, 600 firefighters from the United States are en route to Canada, with some expected to arrive in Quebec next week. However, a new challenge has arisen as some fires have grown so large that they are merging with others, presenting a difficult challenge for firefighters.

With over 280,000 hectares (691,900 acres) of land already consumed by the fires, this is already Quebec’s most severe fire season to date. The Canadian province is grappling with wildfires on an unprecedented scale, a phenomenon more commonly associated with regions in western Canada such as Alberta and British Columbia.

The fires have already sparked a talking point among climate activists and politicians who claim without evidence that the wildfires have indirectly been caused by human activity. While others are much more accusatory in their linkage of human activity to the fires.

In summary, civilian distrust of the government is at an all-time high following the authoritarian Covid response, the ensuing lockdowns, the mask mandates, and the vaccine mandates. It is unsurprising but unfortunate that any time there is a national emergency, the first response for millions of people now is to suspect the government is somehow behind it.

Dutch Sense caught and screen recorded laser-like Beams on satellite imagery/video from weather.cod.edu coming from the sky and directly hitting the exact locations of where these fires were happening.

He has also screen recorded these same type of Beams showing up on satellite imagery being directed at fault lines in the US a couple of times since then.

A North Carolina town was hit June 16 by its eight earthquake in just over three weeks, which means there’s an old fault line that’s now active, the U.S. Geological Survey says.

The quake was a 2.1, centered in a sparsely populated area about 2.4 miles north of West Canton. That’s the same general area where seven previous earthquakes have been recorded since May 23, ranging from a 1.8 to a 3.2, records show.

Hundreds of witnesses have reported feeling some of the stronger quakes, but the latest had only one witness report as of midday Friday. That was filed by someone who felt weak shaking 8 miles away in the town of Clyde, the USGS says.

All the quakes originated near Chambers Mountain, north of Interstate 40.

That means there is definitely an old fault in the area, the USGS says, but experts are at a loss as to why it has suddenly become active.

They also don’t know if the “cluster” will continue or come to a sudden halt.

“Earthquakes are caused when rocks under ground move. Sometimes, we have other earthquakes when those rocks come back to some kind of equilibrium,” USGS officials told McClatchy News.

Faults are cracks between two blocks of underlying rock that allow those “blocks to move relative to each other,” the USGS says. In some cases, the cracks can be several hundred miles deep. “During an earthquake, the rock on one side of the fault suddenly slips with respect to the other. The fault surface can be horizontal or vertical or some arbitrary angle in between,” the USGS says.

All eight earthquakes were shallow and minor in magnitude, but that’s not to say stronger quakes aren’t possible, the USGS says.

The Appalachian Mountains are not on an active tectonic plate boundary — where earthquakes are common — but the region has sporadic minor quakes linked to old fault lines, geologists say.

Recent National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration data shows that sea-surface temperatures globally are well above normal for this time of year — last month had the warmest May ocean temperatures since 1850, when record keeping began, registering 1.53 degrees higher than normal.

What matters most to Floridians is the water temperature off the west coast of Africa. The sea surface temperature there is as much as 3.5 degrees hotter than the norm. That energy can act as an accelerant to this summer’s hurricane season, sending hurricanes toward the U.S. earlier than expected.

When meteorologist and hurricane researcher Brian McNoldy, of the University of Miami, got a look at the data, he took to Twitter and wrote, “Tropical Atlantic water temperature is fast-forwarding by about 2.5 months. … The ocean is primed for action, already.”

7/13/2023 -- Earthquake spread going to Japan -- West Coast USA California -- STARLINK EMF LEAKS!

This update covers a broad swath of the activity world wide, West Pacific, Europe, Asia, Hawaii, and the lower 48 states of the US.

Also, this update covers the fires in Canada, and what I think the causes of the fires really are.... as well as the news on the EMF (electromagnetic radiation) leakage from starlink satellites.

"This red star was glowing so bright, can't really see on the picture.
It was last night, we live here in Cape Town, South Africa. It was even more red than what the picture shows. My son said he took this last night, sorry the quality is not so good."

I asked, "Do you know the star?"

She replied, "No I don't, but it's been out for awhile now, just starting to glow brighter now. I'll see if I can get better pictures of it tonight."

Now, I don't want to jump the gun, but this is HUGE!
Mike from From Around the World said multiple times that we would see a red dot in the sky, and that they would explain it away.
Now just two weeks ago Mike said it's a
bout to be visible. He also warned in the past that the red star would come from the Southern Hemisphere. Like what we have here.

From the live Interview on July 6, 2023, Mike talks about the arrival of the binary system, the red star, Planet X, the brown dwarf, the Destroyer. He said it's about to be visible.

DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK
----------------------
At 600 AM MDT (1200 UTC), the center of Hurricane Hilary was located
near latitude 21.5 North, longitude 113.4 West. Hilary is moving
toward the north-northwest near 13 mph (20 km/h). A faster motion
toward the north-northwest is expected to begin later today,
followed by an even faster motion toward the north by Sunday night.
On the forecast track, the center of Hilary will move close to the
west-central coast of the Baja California peninsula tonight and on
Sunday and move across southern California Sunday afternoon and
Sunday night.

Maximum sustained winds are near 130 mph (215 km/h) with higher gusts. Hilary is a category 4 hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson
Hurricane Wind Scale. Weakening is expected to begin today, but
Hilary will still be a hurricane when it approaches the west coast
of the Baja California peninsula tonight and Sunday morning. Hilary
is expected to weaken to a tropical storm by midday Sunday before it
reaches southern California.

Hurricane-force winds extend outward up to 50 miles (85 km) from
the center and tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 265
miles (425 km). A sustained wind of 46 mph (74 km/h) and a gust to
62 mph (100 km/h) were recently reported at the Cabo San Lucas
Marina.

The minimum central pressure is estimated to be 943 mb (27.85
inches).

HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND
----------------------
Key messages for Hilary can be found in the Tropical Cyclone
Discussion under AWIPS header MIATCDEP4 and WMO header WTPZ44 KNHC
and on the web at hurricanes.gov/text/MIATCDEP4.shtml.

RAINFALL: Hilary is expected to produce rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches, with isolated maximum amounts up to 10 inches, across
portions of the Baja California Peninsula through Sunday night.
Flash and urban flooding, locally catastrophic, will be likely,
especially in the northern portions of the peninsula.

Heavy rainfall in association with Hilary is expected across the
Southwestern United States, peaking on Sunday, and possibly lasting
through Monday. Rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches, with isolated
amounts of 10 inches, are expected across portions of southern
California and southern Nevada. Dangerous to locally catastrophic
flooding will be likely. Elsewhere across portions of the Western
United States, rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected,
resulting in localized flash flooding.

WIND: Hurricane conditions are expected within the hurricane
warning area tonight and early Sunday and are possible within the
hurricane watch on Sunday. Tropical storm conditions are occurring
within the southern portion of the tropical storm warning area and
will spread northward today and Sunday. Tropical storm conditions
are possible within the tropical storm watch area today and tonight.
Tropical storm conditions are expected to begin in southern
California on Sunday.

Winds could be particularly strong and gusty in and near areas of
higher terrain.

STORM SURGE: A dangerous storm surge is likely to produce coastal
flooding along the western Baja California peninsula of Mexico near
where the center passes the coast in areas of onshore winds, or
east of the center if Hilary makes landfall. The surge will be
accompanied by large and destructive waves.

TORNADOES: A tornado or two may occur Sunday over parts of the
lower Colorado River Valley, Mojave Desert and Imperial Valley
regions.

SURF: Large swells generated by Hilary will affect portions of the
coast of southwestern Mexico, the Baja California peninsula, and
southern California over the next few days. These swells are likely
to cause life-threatening surf and rip current conditions. Please
consult products from your local weather office.

New York City, New Jersey brought to a standstill by flash flooding. A coastal storm unleashed more than 8 inches of rain in parts of New York City, stranding vehicles, closing roads and causing travel delays as record amounts of rain fell.

It has already been a wet month in New York City, and this storm put this month's total rainfall in rare territory. The wettest September stands at 16.85 inches of rain set back in 1882.

Two quakes strike Northern California, hundreds of miles apart...

A 2.7 quake hit at 7:45 a.m. around Bridgeport (Mono County) near the Nevada border, the USGS reported.

About 460 miles away, a 4.7 quake struck at 8:26 a.m. about 2 miles southwest of Ferndale (Humboldt County), on the coast about 60 miles south of the Oregon border. It was followed by a 3.7 quake about 60 miles west of Petrolia (Humboldt County) at 9:36 a.m. Saturday, the USGS said.

A 4.9 quake struck off the coast of Northern California at 10:16 a.m., the same time as a 4.2 quake 9 miles southwest of Ferndale, the USGS said.

TAIWAN - Typhoon Koinu just hit Orchid Island, where a wind gust of 213 mph (342 km/h) was reported. If confirmed, this would be one of the top 5 highest wind gusts ever recorded. Per AP, at least one person is dead and more than 300 are injured.

Munich woke up to a record-breaking snowfall of 50 cm (1.6 feet) on December 2, 2023, marking the city’s heaviest snowfall in two decades. The German Weather Service had previously issued Level 2 and Level 3 weather warnings for heavy snowfall in southern Bavaria and Baden-Wurttemberg, leading to significant disruptions in air travel and ground transportation.

On December 2, 2023, Munich reported a historic snow accumulation of 50 cm (1.6 feet), the most significant in 20 years. This followed the German Weather Service’s advisories on December 1, 2023, warning of heavy snowfall across southern regions of Bavaria and Baden-Wurttemberg. The forecasted snowfall ranged between 10 to 40 cm (4 to 16 inches), but the actual accumulation exceeded expectations.

The issued weather warnings included a Level 2 advisory for parts of southern Bavaria near the Austrian border and a more severe Level 3 warning for areas including Munich and southern Baden-Wurttemberg. These warnings, which are the third-highest and second-highest levels on a four-tier scale, were set to remain in effect at least until late December 2.

The snowfall had already begun impacting the region on December 1, causing disruptions at Munich Airport (MUC) with flight delays and cancellations. This is Germany’s second-largest airport.

Additionally, the heavy snowfall led to significant cancellations in both air and rail travel on December 2, as reported by Reuters.

Deutsche Bahn and Munich Airport announced the cancellation of long-distance trains and hundreds of flights in and out of Munich. Munich Airport stated that no flights were scheduled to depart or arrive until at least 05:00 UTC on Sunday, December 3, according to its website. Furthermore, Deutsche Bahn reported on its website that trains could not reach Munich’s central train station, with the halt expected to last the entire day. Passengers were advised to rebook their trips due to these disruptions.

Unfortunately, this snow event resulted in dozens of overnight road accidents across southern Germany, including one mass collision with 7 injuries — four of them severe.

Friday’s heavy snow capped a week full of indications of a comparatively early start by recent standards for cold, wintery weather across Germany, the Deutsche Welle reported.

The ski slopes on Germany’s highest mountain, the Zugspitze, on the border to Austria in the Bavarian Alps, opened on Friday, the earliest start for the German ski season in years amid warmer recent winters.

According to the spokeswoman for the slope, roughly 2 m (6.5 feet) of snow recorded today is the most the mountain has seen at the start of the ski season since 2007.

Munich, the capital of Bavaria state in southern Germany, is situated approximately 50 km (30 miles) north of the Alps’ edge.

The winter weather is expected to continue affecting ground transport and business operations in the area. Traffic delays and commercial trucking disruptions are anticipated along regional highways. Additionally, secondary and rural roads in the affected states are likely to experience hazardous driving conditions. Priority is being given to clearing major routes, and authorities may close parts of highways if necessary to ensure safety.

The ongoing weather conditions might also lead to further flight disruptions at other airports in the region, particularly if ground stops are implemented and deicing operations are required.

Mount Etna entered a new phase of paroxysmal activity starting around 18:00 UTC on December 1, 2023. The eruption was anticipated following a week of increasing signs of volcanic unrest, as reported by the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV).

The Aviation Color Code was raised to Red at 17:08 UTC and lowered back to Orange at 22:38.

Lava fountains were seen rising at least 500 m (1 640 feet) in height and feeding two lava flows toward the E and SW of the cone.

The Pacific Northwest is bracing for a prolonged winter storm that is forecasted to last through the weekend, threatening the region with a mix of heavy rain in the coastal ranges and lower Cascades and significant snowfall in the mountain passes. This event corresponds with the CW3E’s forecast of several atmospheric rivers, set to affect the area from Saturday, December 2, 2023, through the following week.

Forecasts from both the CW3E and the National Weather Service converge in predicting a series of atmospheric rivers, with the first expected to make landfall on Saturday, December 2. These atmospheric rivers, large bands of moisture originating from the Northeast Pacific, are projected to bring intense precipitation, including heavy rain and snow, to the area.

According to the CW3E’s forecast on November 28, the Pacific Northwest and parts of Northern California will face multiple atmospheric rivers. These systems, spinning out of Asia and across the Pacific Ocean, could bring significant precipitation ranging from heavy rain in northwest California to southern British Columbia, potentially leading to rising river levels.

In northern Washington, freezing levels may initially drop to around 610 m (2 000 feet), and in central California to approximately 1 500 m (5 000 feet) during the initial atmospheric river, before rising with subsequent systems. This fluctuation in freezing levels indicates the possibility of substantial snow accumulation in the mountains.

“The second and third ARs will approach the Pacific Northwest late in the weekend, with landfall possible early next week. Notably, much of the forecast data at this time suggests the two stronger ARs will merge prior to landfall,” CW3E forecasters said.

The National Weather Service’s short-range forecast, issued on December 1, further elaborates on the expected conditions. The meteorological winter is set to begin with abundant moisture streaming from the Pacific Ocean, predominantly affecting the Pacific Northwest. The region is forecasted to receive total rainfall amounts of 125 to 250 mm (5 to 10 inches) along the coastal ranges of western Washington and Oregon. Cities like Portland and Seattle are also expected to see several inches of rain.

The Cascades are anticipated to receive heavy snowfall, with accumulations likely reaching several feet, particularly in the mountain passes. This heavy snow, coupled with blowing snow, could make travel extremely difficult, if not hazardous.

Moreover, the combination of heavy rain and subsequent snowmelt on Sunday, December 3, is expected to lead to minor to moderate river flooding. Snow levels in the Cascades are predicted to rise over the weekend, exacerbating the situation with rain falling on freshly fallen snow.

This pattern of heavy precipitation is not limited to the [b]Pacific Northwest; the Great Basin and Rockies are also forecasted to experience heavy snow, extending to mountain ranges from Idaho and Montana down to Colorado. The highest peaks in these regions could see snowfall reaching up to 0.3 to 0.9 m (1 to 3 feet). In response, Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories have been issued for areas most likely to experience impactful and hazardous snowfall.
