Is Japan collapsing and was it foreshadowed in a movie

Dutchsinse released two videos on the "Is Japan Collapsing.." hypothesis and another one with a short clip of Alex Collier stating that parts of Japan would sink into the sea. While researching the possibility, I came across this little video produced in Japan and uploaded on YouTube in 2007 and it makes me wonder if this isn't a case of foreshadowing Japanese style - its quite interesting to note it ends at 3:11 min's
