As a Project Avalon member since summer of 2009, it was a nice surprise to recently learn about this site. Last March after relocating from Los Angeles to Hilo, Hawaii, once I got to the island my internet access was very limited until May. Then, when I finally got back on line Project Avalon had gone through some serious changes, my membership was no longer active and it took almost 30days to get it reactivated. Then when I finally got online again, I was disappointed to find that some of my favorite members from Project Avalon had left during all the changes and I had absolutely no idea where everyone went. Now I know, they left to build this great little forum called The Mists of Avalon - which coincidentally enough, is also named after one of my all time favorite books!
Unfortunately it seems that over the last few months some of the more intelligent, well balanced and enlightened long term members have left PA, or are rarely heard from anymore. There seems to be issues with provocateurs and disinfo agents causing problems again, like myself maybe they wandered off to find more peaceful, enlightened avenues of sharing information where antagonistic elements and attacks on ones perspective aren't a problem...
