Stars may be imperfect but it is in that very imperfection they find perfection.

I think that's why human beings love so much to watch fireworks.

    Yes, yes, and yes!  bounce

Reminds of that scene at the end of Meet Joe Black (1998)

Starts at the 1:33 mark.  "That's life...What can I tell you?"

I haven't seen that movie but after a quick search about it that last scene that you highlighted with those sentences, is a perfect echo to what I expressed.
    Thanks  JoeEcho Cheerful

The infinite canvas, the blackboard where it all potentially begins, that great black soup.
Is this the reason we love mysteries, puzzles and riddles.
And are afraid of the dark at times.
We attribute so much space to the unknown...

Once upon a time I became friends with a tree
in a forbidden garden where I would love to go.
I would walk there and sit under his branches alone
in that special spot where he and I met.
In that loving presence we both shared  we would silently talk.
He had that funny little face in one of his knots staring at me.
    I called him Whisper.
The old soul that he is taught me several things.
One of the most beautiful moments was when he showed me
that all trees are holding hands through their roots softly intertwining with one another.
Later, much much later, years forward I stumbled on a
a short video from a biologist that was speaking about this
and found a scientific reason for it.
    And I smiled ...

I had thought about Whisper when you mentioned the wisp above a word I didn't know.
And now You use whisper in this post Cheerful
Thank you Joe it's a feel good synchronicity.

You effortlessly transport me there, mudra. Breathtaking really.

I never trier of this next meme however the spirit of it can never be encapsulated in just two, no way no how.

When first hearing the words "I knew you before I met you" I immediately knew where the expression of those words came from.

Even if one is unaware, the depth, the connection, it is always and forever, nothing will ever change that.

Love is composed of a single soul inhabiting two bodies
    Aristotle

You saw Spirit getting frozen into that meme and set it free  Cheerful

Even if one is unaware, the depth, the connection, it is always and forever, nothing will ever change that.

Whisper showed me the fabric of Love of the universe and for a fleeting yet profound moment made me feel it’s embrace.
Love takes you until there is nothing left of you, nothing except a state of  joyful blissful " folly ". That conscious awareness of non separation in apparent separation releases pure joy. The very dynamic of this creates bliss. The world has changed. In truth your perspective is different. From looking at it through your eyes you are now feeling it through the Heart Now and Always.

    Less is more.

Along those same lines is a story of the Dragon.

    And what thoughts that brings.

In the above post Alan Watts makes a parallel between life and music.
Here is the transcript thereof :

Life And Music By Alan Watts

    http://joshallan.com/2012/12/10/life-and-music-by-alan-watts-with-transcript/

In music, one doesn’t make the end of the composition the point of the composition.

If that were so, the best conductors would be those who played fastest, and there would be composers who wrote only finales. People would go to concerts just to hear one crashing chord — because that’s the end!

But we don’t see that as something brought by our education into our everyday conduct.

We’ve got a system of schooling that gives a completely different impression. It’s all graded and what we do is we put the child into the corridor of this grade system, with a kind of, “Come on kitty kitty kitty!” and now you go to kindergarten, you know, and that’s a great thing because when you finish that you’ll get into first grade. And then — Come on! — first grade leads to second grade, and so on, and then you get out of grade school. You go to high school and it’s revving up — The thing is coming! — then you’re gonna go to college, and by jove, then you get into graduate school, and when you’re through with graduate school you go out and join the world.

Then you get into some racket where you’re selling insurance, and they’ve got that quota to make and you’re gonna make that, and all the time “the thing” is coming — It’s coming, it’s coming! — that great thing: the success you’re working for.

Then when you wake up one day, about 40 years old, you say, “My God, I’ve arrived! I’m there!” And you don’t feel very different from what you always felt. And there’s a slight let down because you feel there was a hoax.

    And there was a hoax.

    A dreadful hoax.

    They made you miss everything.

We thought of life by analogy with a journey, with a pilgrimage, which had a serious purpose at the end, and the thing was to get to that end: success, or whatever it is, or maybe heaven after you’re dead.

But we missed the point the whole way along.

It was a musical thing — and you were supposed to sing, or dance, while the music was being played.
